Biography

Garnett Schoettler has been teaching at Red Deer Polytechnic since 2010. He was previously executive chef at Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa and executive sous chef at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel in Calgary.

He worked abroad in Kansas City, USA and Zurich, Switzerland. Garnett has also been involved with Skills Alberta/Canada since 2011, chair of the Skills Alberta Culinary Arts Committee and member of the Skills Canada National Culinary Arts Committee.
