2023/24 Residence pricing will remain in effect from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. Pricing reflected below is for Academic Year, Spring/Summer, or Family and Couple Housing Tenants only. Apprenticeship Housing Rates are based on program length and found online.

Studio Suite Apprentice Commuter Rate (Monday-Friday)
Single Accommodations in our newest Residence building.
Ideal for Apprenticeship students that want accommodations for the week but wish to go home for the weekends.
Cost: $185 + 9% Tax Monday (Check in) - Friday (Friday Checkout) per week per Apprenticeship student

- These suits are Non-Linen. Student's must provide their own.

Two Bedroom Family Housing 
These units are available for families or couples that are no larger than two (2) adults and one (1) child under 18.
Details:
- Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with the kitchen and living area on the main floor
- Storage space in the basement
- The units come with a fridge, stove, washer, dryer and curtains

Four Bedroom Family Housing 
These units are available for families or couples with a maximum size of two (2) adults and two (2) children under 18. Some variations will be possible based on request.
Details:
- Four level split, all bedrooms and two baths on the top floors and the kitchen and living room on the main floor
- Four bedrooms which can be made into four single bedrooms, or one larger and two smaller bedrooms
- Storage space in the basement
- These units also have a fridge, stove and curtains, but do not come with washers and dryers
- A playground is located close to all family units
