Campus Alberta Central

Flexible Learning at Red Deer College works in partnership with other provincial organizations to bring post-secondary education to the Central Alberta Region.

Campus Alberta Central (CAC)

Campus Alberta Central is a partnership between Red Deer College and Olds College to bring college programming into Central Alberta communities not directly served by either College. Operating through community learning sites, CAC develops programs uniquely tailored to local needs they've identified. Some of these programs are offered online with technology access made available at a community learning centre, and some are delivered as distance courses (face to face instruction in the community).

CAC site leaders are there to help answer your questions. Most locations can provide a quiet place to work and access to a computer.  CAC sites offer student support services such as:

  • Career planning
  • High speed internet access
  • video conferencing
  • exam invigilation
  • agency referrals

Please visit the Campus Alberta Central website to find a learning site near you!

We understand that you still have questions about the programs.
