Teaching Development

The CTLS contributes to faculty development and the culture of teaching and learning at RDP. We lead collaborative discussions and facilitate interdisciplinary connections among faculty to improve the quality of teaching and learning at RDP. We design faculty development experiences grounded in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning to positively impact student outcomes. We advocate for risk-taking in the classroom and support faculty in innovating practices and approaches designed to create a unique and meaningful polytechnic experience for students.
