The CTLS provides training for Continuous Faculty Members to become Small Group Instructional Feedback (SGIF) Facilitators and Peer Observers. We liaise with Faculty Performance and Strategic Planning and Analysis to ensure that information on Peer Observations, SGIFs, and Student Feedback Instruments (SFIs) is accurate and current.
An opportunity to observe peers, reflect on feedback to enhance teaching practice, benefit student learning.
